Rules & Guidelines:

Please read below thoroughly. By booking our property, you are acknowledging your agreement to our rules and policies. 

We ask that you please remove shoes when entering the cabin. This helps ensure our cabins stay fresh and free of unwanted dirt, grime, stains and other gross stuff.

  • Minimum age requirement: All unsupervised guests must be 25 years of age or older. Any guest 24 years or younger requires a 25 year or older supervisor. Please inform us of all guests who will be present. Valid photo ID may be required.

  • Young children: We have many guests staying with children, but it’s important for children to be supervised during their stay. The terrain around the cabins is beautiful but it is unsafe for unsupervised children.

  • Parking:  Registered guests must park on their assigned sites.  We allow one two (2) operational vehicles per cabin.  We do not allow boats, jet skis and/or box trailers to be parked on site.  Please contact the office to make the proper storage arrangements.

  • Guests:  Facilities in the park are for use by registered guests only.  There can be no more than a total of 2 people per cabin. 

  • Your Cabin:  The cabin you are renting is neat, clean and adequate for rentals.  Guests are required to keep their cabins in the same condition throughout your stay and must be in the same condition when you check out.  Do not make any changes to the cabin without prior written consent from management.  This includes decking, furniture and any physical changes to your cabin.  Keep your cabin free of litter including, but not limited to, cigarette/cigar butts, animal droppings and debris.  Do not let items accumulate under or around your cabin.  You may not sublease your cabin.  No major vehicle repairs will be permitted at your cabin.

  • Pet Policy: We have a strict no pets policy for our cabins.

  • Damages: You are responsible for any damages/excessive trash that you or your guests may cause to the property. To avoid incurring additional charges, please ensure that you comply with our policies.

  • Personal Belongings: We will not be held responsible for personal items left. Please check the area carefully to make sure that you have all personal belongings before you leave. We will be happy to mail you an item left behind for the cost of packaging and shipping the item.

  • Cancellation policy: Guests get a full refund if they cancel up to 5 days before check-in.

  • Property maintenance: Please note that while we try to have the property maintained between bookings, instances occur in which the landscaper will mow the yard during your stay. He is very quick and is typically done in less than half an hour. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. If you are uncomfortable with this, please just let us know and we can try to reschedule it.

  • QUIET HOURS:  10:00pm to 8:00am  The quality of rest and relaxation of our guests is important  to us.  Please refrain from any loud noises and disturbances during this time period.  All electronics (example:  TVs, Radios and tablets) must be at a minimum volume.  Also be aware that speaking voices can carry throughout the campground.  If you are an early check-out, please be respectful of your neighbors.

  • CAMPFIRES:  All campfires must be contained in a portable fire pit and never directly on the ground. 

  • PRIVACY:  Please respect the privacy of other campers by not walking between or through occupied sites.  Use designated roads and pathways when walking.

    Anyone exhibiting behavior that does not promote family values, such as excessive drinking, swearing, fighting or any other illegal activity will be removed from the campground.  Violence or the threat of violence will not be tolerated.  Display or discharge of any weapon on the campground will result in immediate eviction without refund.

  • Security and Cameras: We have exterior security cameras facing the main entrance, the RV sites, the main drive down the cabins, and on parking space between cabin 1 & 2 and 3 & 4 to maintain a safe and secure property.

  • ALCOHOL:  This is a family park and the use of alcohol is limited to your own site and should not be brought into the common areas.

  • SMOKING:  Smoking is permitted outside your cabin.  Smoking is not permitted in any building, public space, laundry facilities or in any area where it may cause concern to your fellow campers.  Do not dispose of your cigarette/cigar butts on the ground anywhere on the property. Any evidence of smoking will incur additional fees. $500 penalty for unauthorized smoking will be charged to the credit card on file. Tenant is also liable for repairs expense and any and all lost revenue to property if the next tenant must be transferred to a different property while cleaning and repairs are completed.

  • FIREWORKS:  NO fireworks or sparklers of any kind are permitted.  Shooting of any fireworks on the entire property is grounds for immediate removal from the park, with no refunds.

  • MINORS:  Minors under the age of 18 should never be left alone on the campground property under any circumstances. Your children must be supervised at all times.  Disregard for campground rules by minor children will result in immediate eviction without notice or refund.

  • Tents: Tents are not allowed at our cabins without prior approval.
