We provide a fully stocked kitchen with electric oven, cookware, coffee pot and kettle with french press, charcoal grill, microwave and more. 

We provide all beddings and towels.

Our property is equipped with DTC high speed wireless internet.

Each cabin and RV site is equipped with a fire pit.

At almost 4 acres our 4 cabins and 3 RV spots offer plenty of space for privacy. As you enter the main driveway, guests will pass the RV spots on the right, a small utility building and then cabins 1, 2, 3 and 4.

Each cabin is studio style with the kitchen, bedroom and living room in one room. As you enter, you’ll find the living room to your right, the bedroom across from the kitchen and a large bathroom with a barn door.

There are two entrances and exits at the front and back of the cabin.

Each cabin is perfect for 2 adults or small young families.

Our RV sites can hold 2-4 people per site.

We have a strict no pets policy in our cabins. We do allow leashed dogs at our RV sites.

Large events or weddings are dependent on availability of the entire property and require the rental of the entire property. If you are interested in renting our entire property of 4 cabins and 3 RV sites for your event, please contact us at contact@stayatsevensprings.com

No large parties or events are allowed without approval.

Food Lion, Walmart, and Kroger are about a 15 minute drive in either Smithville or McMinnville.

Cell service is available

Any guest 24 or younger must be accompanied by a 25 year old adult.

While our property is not child proofed, we do have families with small children stay with us. Please be aware of the rural setting, electric fences on the back side of the property, the street and rushing creek. No child should be left unattended at any time.

Guests get a full refund if they cancel up to 5 days before check-in.
